The US Offer Assistance to Thailand

HONOLULU -United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (UNITED STATES) said, AS will offer assistance to flood victims in Thailand next week.

Clinton said, he will find out in advance, what is needed by the victims of floods in Thailand. Clinton will also discuss the issue of assistance with the Prime Minister of Thailand Yingluck Shinawatra.

"We are willing to assist the Government of Thailand with its citizens, but we want to be sure what it is needed by Thailand," said Clinton, as AFP, was quoted Friday (11/11/2011).

US Secretary of State is scheduled to pay a visit to the Philippines and Indonesia after attending a meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) in Hawaii are not attended by Yingluck. Clinton also praised the attitude which resided Yingluck in his country in order to cope with flooding.
