LONDON – a gold coin that is expected to become the most expensive in the world, exhibited in London, United Kingdom. "Double Eagle" coins were minted by the United States (US) while suffering from depression.
Fractional dollar coins 20 "Double Eagle" was exhibited at Goldsmith's Hall, London. Nearly 500 thousand million of these coins were originally printed as u.s. economic depression which started since 1929.
Only around 13 coins is known is still intact today. While the rest of the other coin bashed, even before the current economic depression was not yet over.
In 2002 then coin "Double Eagle" was sold at an auction. The result was very astounding. This coin sold by USD7,6 million or approximately $ Rp68,9 billion (USD 9.070 per dollar). So reported the Associated Press, Sunday (4/3/2012).
U.s. economic depression did make the country the Power derailed the Adi. The crisis took place in 1929 until the eve of the start of World War II.
