SEOUL -based on a report the Agency researchers RAND Corp., based in New York, Born States (u.s.), was that if North Korea (North Korea) remove chemical weapons to South Korea (Rok) then 20 thousand to 600 thousand citizens of the ROK can be killed.

Bruce Bennett, a senior policy analysis at RAND, was around 40 per cent of every citizen affected by chemical weapons, could have died 10 days after the first chemical weapons dilesakan.

"If Pyongyang (North Korea) sprayed anthrax in the form of aerosols, some of those infected will suffer breathing difficulties," says Bennett was quoted as saying Dong a Ilbo, Thursday (29/10/2011).

"They are exposed to the virus will show the symptoms of anthrax on the third day. While on the fourth day, they would have died, "imbuh Bennett.

Bennett further added, around 40 percent of residents who were exposed to anthrax will meet his death. While the other 40 percent will suffer from various diseases. At least some 8,000 up to 240 thousand people will lose his life, an amount equivalent to those infected with anthrax.

Bennett said, North Korea will use a variety of medium to spread anthrax virus. Could be a virus that spread through missiles, or distributed through the help of planes or special forces.

Over this threat, the carousel was asked to take immediate action to detect these threats. According to Bennett, the plane carrying chemical weapons can be destroyed in aerial regions of North Korea since the virus was able to hit the ground while the aircraft was successfully prevented entry.

The U.S. chemical weapons experts also urged the Government of the ROK check domestic organizations or groups who have a relationship with North Korea. The examination is done to the organization who have the possibility to spread chemicals.

Bennett's claim, the use of biological weapons from North Korea is a form of the initial attack North Korea to the ROK. When this happens, surely it can change any aspect of the war in the peninsula of Korea.
