CANBERRA -the citizens of Central Australia is currently preparing to welcome the arrival of the United States (US) President Barack Obama. The Obama plan will briefly stop over in Australia on 17 November.
The White House confirmed that President Obama will be in transit in the city of Darwin, before finally visiting Bali. In Bali, Obama will attend the East Asia Summit (EAS). So reported ABC Radio Australia, Thursday (29/10/2011).
Obama's arrival to Australia is at the same time celebrate the Kangaroo Country cooperation with US over the last 60 years.
17 November, Obama will be accepted by Australia's Prime Minister Julia Gillard. Obama is also scheduled to deliver his speech in the Parliament of Australia.
Obama coming to Australia's plan is for the third time. Previously been two times the 44th U.s. President was planning to visit Australi.
When cancelling two planned his trip to Australia, Obam reasoned this was caused by a problem in a country that cannot be postponed.(faj)
