NEW YORK -Russia Envoy who is also the President of the Security Council United Nations (SECURITY COUNCIL) expressed concern over the Vitally Churkin split in the SECURITY COUNCIL is currently taking place.
Churkin rate, lack of consensus in most issues of the Middle East, as well as Syria and Libya. If such a thing still continue to occur, the SECURITY COUNCIL cannot be expressed as an effective institution.
