, MASSACHUSETTS -An 80 year old grandmother who was a lover of animals was indicted for the crime because her feeding the ducks. City of residence also prohibits any citizen providing fed to animals.
According to local government, the arrival of the animals will cause huge problems of poultry as animals that often leave debris. Animal waste which accumulates as well would not be good for the environment and that's why the city of residence prohibit its citizens gave Claire Butcher to food animals.
Claire is always feeding the animals around him, had to be indicted for violating the rules of the city. Claire also had previously warned by the Government in her hometown in 2009 then in order not to feed the poultry animals. However Claire ignore that warning and refused to pay a fine.
"These animals not belonging to the city of Lynn, they belong to God," said Claire, was quoted as saying the Daily Mail, Thursday (8/12/2011).
The city of Lynn does not seem to change my mind when I heard the reason Claire. They remain annoyed by the existing POO-POO poultry animals that appear in ornamental ponds and gardens in the city.
"You can see how menjijikannya it is and how many animals you have here. These are all the behavior of Claire Butcher, "said Attorney Lynn City Government, Vincent Pheland.
Claire own threatened 30 years imprisonment for his deeds. The local Government also was tired of going to any reason articulated by Claire. Citizens are also increasingly uncomfortable seeing a city environment filled with excrement of ducks and other poultry.(rhs)
