YERUSALLEM -Israel released a list of the 500 Palestinian prisoners would be freed. Hundreds of prisoners would be exchanged for one man army of Israel currently detained by Hamas, Gilad Shalit.
Many people in the Palestinian prisoners are the fighters of Palestinian Hamas faction. One of them is the Iteima got around to doing Nasser bombings against Israel. The exchange of prisoners was planned to take place on Tuesday tomorrow.
"If the Supreme Court has other decisions or pressure carried out by Hamas, this agreement will be postponed for two days," said a spokesman for the Prime Minister of Israel, Yaakov Amidror, as quoted by the Daily Mail, Tuesday (17/10/2011).
The officials of the ruling Hamas faction in Gaza had already prepared a warm welcome to hundreds today which will be released by Israel. They will be greeted as a hero. The streets in Gaza is filled with Palestinian flags and decorated to welcome them.
"I am very happy, I have no idea anymore what I would say. Already 20 years old I didn't meet him, "said a mother of Palestinian prisoners, Naseem al Kurd.
