LONDON -anti-war activists staged a protest capitalist United Kingdom in London. Their protests have entered a second day of the title and some 250 people currently setting up a tent near the offices of the London Stock Exchange (LSX).
On Sunday, some 500 people staged a protest and the 70 tents erected. Kai Wargalla, is a person who became the founders of this protest action. He organized this action through the social network Facebook.
"The financial workers will come to the city and it's hard to say, how they would act, however we plan will always be open," said 26-year-old woman, AFPwas quoted as saying, Monday (5/10/2011).
On Saturday last week, an estimated 2,000 to 3,000 are already waging a protest denouncing corporate greed of the Government's economic policy as well as the United Kingdom. They also do an action protesnya in front of the Cathedral of St. Paul. As many as eight people were eventually arrested by police for committing an attack against the police, and also perform acts of violence.
This group of protesters calling themselves Occupy LSX (London Stock Exchange). They are already getting support through social networking sites facebook and twitter as well.
The demonstrations broke out in the United Kingdom not far different than what happened in the United States (u.s.). In the last week, the US was hit by massive demonstrations. The demonstrators AS even naming his group with the name Occupy Wall Street.
The massive protests that there is a case in the United States also got a satire of Iran. Iran considers the protests in the United States is the American Revolution.(rhs)
