AYUTTHAYA historic towns in Thailand, Ayutthaya became one of the city's flood-ravaged City of death and it was currently beset by buaya-crocodile freshwater escape from captivity due to flooding.
"Alligator-alligator were to be immediately arrested by the security of its citizens," said Minister of Public Health, as it Vitthaya Buranasiri AFP, was quoted Monday (5/10/2011).
In the last week, around 100 crocodiles escape from captivity. However that is simply the saltwater crocodile, a crocodile who is less than 1 meter in length. Government of Thailand has said on the citizens, so as not to panic in the face of this situation.
Alligator-a crocodile loose, can currently be seen in the city of Ayutthaya city a world heritage site and one of the attractions.
The flooding that hit Thailand is currently the worst flooding ever. Floods that have struck much of the province and destroyed housing and the business sector. In addition, the industrial sector also was forced to retire due to flooding.
Nearly 300 people were killed by a flood of death. Minister of Natural Resources warned its citizens that Thailand had to report when there are wild animals that are loose in the area hit by the flooding.
"We are still coordinating with Thailand's Ministry of Fisheries, many animals that escaped in the incidence of floods, including Tigers, snakes or Crocodiles," said officials of Thailand's Department of natural resources.(rhs)
