India-Pakistan Nuclear-Related Information Exchange

NEW DELHI- India and Pakistan exchange information related to each other's nuclear facilities in each country. This is part of the peace agreement the two countries not to attack each other's nuclear installations.

"The Government of India and Pakistan have been conducting the exchange of information related to each of the nuclear facilities in the country today. The Exchange is carried out through diplomatic channels, "said an Interior Ministry official was quoted as saying India Associated Press, Week, (01/01/2011).

Before India and Pakistan were involved in the wars of the three times since August 1947. War of India and Pakistan due to Kashmir struggle which claimed the two countries.

Earlier this year New Delhi and Islamabad agreed to resume peace talks that were suspended due to the Mumbai terror attacks in 2008. India Pakistan was behind the attack point out that killed 160 people at the center of India's economy.

Last July, the two countries promised not to let their relationship go back to heat up. 2004, they agreed to do the same work in eight areas, including Kashmir, terrorism and the construction of reservoirs in the region of India that borders Pakistan.

Pakistan saw the construction of reservoirs such as threats to their water reserves.(rhs)
