Australia also sells Snacks that are "dirty"

CANBERRA- Many ways to market your snacks. One of them as a food manufacturer in Australia, that use foul language in its trading brand.

They have filed an application to the regulator's trademark, so that they can use those words in their trademark.

"Words (gross) is now a part of the language in this country," said company Attorney Jamie White was quoted as saying Orange, , Thursday (7/1/2012).

Further according to Jamie, along with the passage of time certain words that may be considered derogatory previously, can now be accepted as a trademark in a particular market, for example in Australia.

The case was brought to trial was won by the company. So that they can use ' Nucking Futs ' as their trademark.

But the company says, they will only sell snacks brand ' Futs Nucking'di night entertainment venues.

Earlier trade marks by using words that are considered inappropriate and impressed a disgrace, never be circulated. But now all that's changed by the existence of this decision.(rhs)
