Luis Cruz is a Honduran boy of 18 years of age who has recently graduated from high school. He has entered in the competition Youtube Lab Space with an invention, the Eyeboard, which is a system to assist paraplegic people and with motor problems.
It is a system that uses electrooculografía technology to detect the movement of the eyes, which may have multiple applications.
