GENEVA -Commission on human rights United Nations (UN) urged that the holding of an inquiry against the killing of a former leader of Libya's Khadafi had Partially caught alive in his hometown, Sirte.
"We are sure, still required an investigation of the case. Details about the deaths of Khadafi is still required to ensure the return, whether he was killed in battle or executed by the National Transition Council (NTC), "said UN spokesman Rupert Colville, as quoted Associated Press, Friday (9/10/2011).
"Two pieces of video recordings from your mobile phone appeared, one of which shows as Khadafi captured in living conditions, and another when he was killed," he added.
NTC officials today also says, the funeral of Khadafi would be postponed until the International Criminal Court (ICC) undertook an examination of the death of Khadafi.
UN HUMAN RIGHTS Commission also formed a special panel to investigate the violent action in Libya, and Colville said, he will conduct an investigation about the ins and outs of the death of the ruler of Libya, who was 69 years old.
Colville also added, the victims of the oppression of the regime deserves to see a procession of Khadafi courts against the perpetrators of repression that will soon be brought to justice.
"Of course, there is still much that can be excavated from Colonel Khadafi, and may, there will be some special courts to process the case and determine who is responsible," he asserts.(rhs)
