Iran: NATO Must get out of Libya

TEHRAN -Iran today welcomed the death of a partially Khadafi in his hometown, Sirte. Iran also wish the death of Khadafi would put an end to the intervention of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Libya.

"The inevitable Fate of the dictator and the oppressor who do not respect HUMAN RIGHTS is being destroyed," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast, Iran cited Irnalike, Tuesday (9/10/2011).

"The Islamic Republic of Iran welcomed the victory of this and congratulate the whole Muslim community and the National Transition Council of Libya (NTC)," he added.

Ramin has also added, along with the deaths of Khadafi, military intervention of foreigners should not be extended. It is important for the NATO forces to withdraw himself and let the citizens of Libya to determine his fate in the future.

Iran is one of the countries that supported the anti-Government demonstrations that took place in Libya. Though not expanding his against NTC Libya which was founded by the opposition, Iran continued to provide humanitarian assistance and urgent Khadafi to end his 42 year old already.

Iran is also eager to end the NATO attacks called on air in Libya and also Afghanistan.(rhs)
